Our team of specialized conservationists employs traditional techniques and materials to meticulously restore and conserve furniture and décor, ensuring the enduring integrity of each piece.
About Us
At 2 Bears Mid Mod we are about bring Mid Century Modern furniture and decor to the Albuquerque market in that is in great condition at fair price. We are Charlie & Ted and have been partners for 30 years, first as an interior design firm called CHEDdesigns, that we sold back in 2014, before moving to Palm Springs, California into an MCM Hugh Kaptur home that was in desperate need of being taken back to its mid-century glory! We decided to move to Albuquerque in 2017 and have lived now in 2 local mid century homes, our first was @8421 La Palomita Road NE, in the La Sala Grande Neighborhood which was remodeled and sold, and our latest home on Summer Ave NE in the mid Century neighborhood of Jerry Cline Park, which we are in the process of bringing back to its mid century roots after being remodeled back in the 1990’s and done badly! We have been dealers of Mid Century Furniture & Decor now since 2015, and have brought our design aesthetic into our businesss, @2BEARSMidMod, @VintageVaultNobHill, @VintageVault@MidTown and @ABQMidModHomeTour to Albuquerque and haven’t looked back! We absolutely love what we do and meeting other Mid Century Enthusiasts is what we love!
